Alexi Michael

Alexi is a Senior Associate at The Decision Lab. Her expertise is multidisciplinary, spanning the fields of social innovation, artificial intelligence, and human-centred design.
Prior to working at The Decision Lab, she has designed curriculum for social impact analysis, developed a wearable health technology, analyzed the theories behind design thinking principles, and facilitated programs to accelerate health innovation. She holds a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and Psychology from McMaster University.
