Behavioral interventions in job hunting
Intervention Description
The Ministry of Manpower tried to increase the job placement rate of the career centers. After behavioral analysis of the barriers of job seekers, an intervention including commitment devices, incentives, social norms and simplification was devised. Three months after going through upgraded program 49% of participants found a job compared to 32% in the control group.
