Cynthia Borja

Cynthia is an Associate Project Leader at The Decision Lab. She holds a doctorate in Psychology from Capella University, a Master’s in Psychology from Boston University, and a Bachelor’s in Neuroscience and Behavior from Vassar College. Her mission is to promote the application of the principles of brain, behavioral, and learning sciences to the real world. Her former experience has focused on maximizing the potential of individuals, groups, and learning communities through evidence-based education and training, research, and strategy development, having served in a diversity of academic and administrative positions in private, non-profit, and higher education institutions.
